ADF Construction Employee Expectations/Rules

  1. Minimum Carpentry Hand Tools.
    • Tool Bags
    • 1 Framing Hammer
    • 1 Finish Hammer
    • 1 Speed Square
    • 1 Nail Set
    • 1 Cat's Paw
    • 1 Framing Square
    • 1 Hand Saw
    • 1 2'-4' Level
    • 1 Pencil
    • 1 Keel
    • 1 25' Tape
    • 1 Set Yellow Handle Snips
    • 1 Large & 1 Small Crescent Wrench
    • 1 Razor Blade Knife (Retractable)
  2. Reliable transportation with certificate of insurance.
  3. Be punctual & responsible.
  4. Radios only where appropriate (do not disturb residents or neighbors).
  5. No smoking on jobsites.
  6. No pets or children at job sites, unless permission is given first.
  7. Long pants and work boots required.
  8. Open, direct and honest
    • No evading questions.
    • If you screw up, admit it, figure out or ask how to correct it, get it fixed, and then learn by it and don't make the same mistake again. (Everyone makes mistakes.)
  9. No drugs or alcohol. We have zero tolerance for this.
